At CrossFit KS, you will not find any machines – instead, you will find ropes,kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, rings, and tons of open space for running, jumping, climbing, lifting, and throwing.We focus on improving functional movements that are necessary and common in your daily routine.
KINDRED STRENGTH is a group strength and conditioning facility unlike any other gym class, bootcamp, or fitness program. Our program is comprised of Olympic style weightlifting, kettlebells, plyometrics, climbing ropes and basic gymnastics movements all administered by an experienced trainer in a group setting. All Programs are capped – to maintain quality and reinforce YOU as the focus.
ONE FREE INTRO TO CROSSFIT KS
A one-on-one session is designed to help you understand what we do, and why we do it, answer any questions that you may have, and provide your first exposure to a conditioning workout. You will gain instruction in some of the basic movements, and experience examples of how we tailor workouts for each individual.
COMPLETE A 3 HOUR ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT/LAUNCH PROGRAM
This is our athlete initiation seminar! If you are interested in working with us, this is our starting point! A one day, 3 hour session, where you will be taught the fundamental movements to keep you safe and ready for action! At Crossfit KS
we cap the seminar so we can get to know you, your strength, weaknesses, and your favorite movie! For some, movements like the snatch, thrusters, and gymnastics skills, are intimidating so we will introduce you to the foundational movements and teach you how to progress properly. Our goal is to equip you to be ready to join our regularly scheduled classes.!
