Do I need to be fit to start?

No way! That is the exact reason we started our Crossfit KS Development Program. We understand it can be intimidating to start a new, challenging training routine and invite you to come start something different, that is designed to help you focus on the fundamentals of fitness!

What is Crossfit?

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program, frequently executed at high-intensity, that focuses on performing a variety of strength and aerobic exercises ranging from push-ups, sprints, and rowing to clean and jerks, and body weight movements. The exercises are usually combined into “Workouts of the Day,” or “WODs” which typically last anything from 5 to 45 minutes.
